Returns
We do not accept returns.
All purchases are considered final.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed under specific conditions.
If there’s an issue with your order, you must provide valid proof (such as clear photos or videos) showing the problem.
Once reviewed, if the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated.

- Requests without proper proof will not be considered
- Each case is reviewed individually
- Decisions made after review are final
